If this fit me, it would be a keeper. I can get it on but then I cant move my arms It is missing the top button but thats where the bow is so not a biggie. It also has a few marks by the neck as shown in pics. Havent tried to get them out. Pit to pit: 21 . But the shoulders are only 15. I would say this is best for a smaller shouldered 10 and under. I
