Dorothy passed away on July 4th, 2024, having just completed her scarf design. It reimagines one of her husband Roy Lichtensteins pieces as an ode to their love. Dorothy Lichtenstein, widow to American Pop artist Roy Lichtenstein, was President of the Roy Lichtenstein Foundation, which is dedicated to the encouragement of a broad understanding of the art of Roy
