Made of acetate fabric! Black bodice with wonderful pleated details and dramatic white rosettes! Boning in the bodice. Full skirt is shorter in the front and longer in the back and made of a polka dot acetate fabric. A bit of tulle is built into the underside of the skirt to give it some oomf! Fits a XXS XS best.
