Die Reifung erfolgte mindestens fr 12 Monate in franzsischen Barriques Eichenfssern und anschlieend fr mehrere Monate in der Flasche. Die Mazeration und Grung erfolgt bei kontrollierter Temperatur (28C) fr 24 Tage, mit Umpumpen und Abpressen.
