2023 Schu´s Spitze Riesling trocken Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru Am Gaumen cremigNorbert says: After almost a year on the fine lees, the 2018 top presents itself as pure, precise and fresh, it is the star in the dry Riesling range. The vines, which are over forty years old, bring a lot of salty minerality to the wine. The bouquet is smoky, petrol, apple and lemon aromas. Expected maturity now until 2025.
