They compliment each other perfectly in this still white wine. Sauvignon by adding some grassy aromas and crisp acidity, Gruner Veltliner by bringing in white pepper notes. Great on it's own but if you're feeling like sharing a bottle over a meal light salads, seafood dishes and spicy cuisine will notes of coriander will be wonderful companions. Serve chilled.
