Tell me. the reality is better than the dream? 2023 0,75L sweet ChampagnerTell me the reality is better than the dream Whole bunch Portugieser, Zweigelt, and Riesling. Two weeks on skins. First, I direct pressed the Riesling separately. I then added the pressed Riesling grapes to the red must. After two weeks, I pressed the Portugieser, Zweigelt, and Riesling. Following one year of aging in demijohns, I blended the direct pressed Riesling with the red wine. The final cuve was bottled without sulfur in October 2024. Rotwein
