The goal is a fruity, fresh summer ros with a delicate fruit sweetness, full in aroma and flavor, but light in alcohol content. To do this, all components are first fermented separately before being combined to create an appealing combination of grassy, fresh and fully ripe, fruity aromas and flavors reminiscent of strawberries and apples. The crisp fruit
