The dress fit well on the size 2 form so I feel it would be best for an xs to small

Bodice has a lace overlay over the bust and lace straps with rosettes

I found no issues to note

1930s/40s Teal Swimsuit by Jantzen 70s Shoulder: 14" seam to seamLate 30s or early 40s rayon knit swimsuit by Jantzen. Sweetheart neckline with shirring at center bust and a skirted bottom. Straps are adjustable at back with metal bow buckles. Top and bottom feature white floral trim. Size reads "34", it should fit a small to medium.
