Consists of waist length top with wide sleeves, mock surplice bodice gathered onto smocked waistband. I had the formerly a line skirt had been converted to flared slightly cropped trousers, in my annual quest for ultimate vintage christmas outfit (usually results in my buying multiples as am a bit over enthusiastic..)
