The poodle has an orange velvet collar to match the hat's velvet ribbon band, and is in great condition with no missing stones or pearls. The veil is intact, as is the black organza lining. The hat is in excellent condition with one tiny spot on the ribbon edge of the lining. It will fit best tilted
