Last photos show skirt without petticoat . petticoat is NOT included. Very faint spot near waistband, not very noticeable when worn due to overwhelming sparkle of the green lurex tinsel throughout. Has 3 hook closures and 2 snap closures. No zipper. I'm unsure of the exact date of creation but style
