It's classic color combo of black and white will take you anywhere! The neck features a rolled low turtleneck, the skirt has a pleated panel in the front, starting below the hips. Flattering princess seams. Made of carefree polyester. No labels. Excellent condition. There is a small tear in the facing (made of acetate), where a label was removed at one time. Size M L.
