No fixing attached, I just used a pin. Came with 1920s headdress, sadly in poor shape. May have been for bridesmaid Or even flower girl originally? Measures: Headdress approx 17 not including elastic. Flowers are approx 1 in diameter Condition: Good. Darkening to metallic threads ribbon. Clearly
