Cute cuffed short sleeves and ruffle skirt hem. Sunny yellow color and shiny yellow lining. Professionally dry cleaned. Good pre owned condition, tiny and slight discoloration near the side zipper under the sleeve, and a small spot on the label from dry cleaners tag.
