60’s Black Velvet Rhinestone Buckle Clutch by Garay forest green ***********ARCHIVAL (LAST COUPLE in existence)This is a black velvet clutch is by the label Garay from the 1960s. Across the front of clutch, there is a ruched strap piece of velvet that goes through a rhinestone encrusted buckle. Wearer can put hand through the decorative strap for easy handling of clutch. Rhinestone buckle is missing two clear rhinestones, clutch is in otherwise amazing condition. Lined with black velvet. Tow pockets inside. Measures: 9. 25" W x 4. 75" H x 1. 75" deep
