There isn't a ton of seam allowance but the princess seams make this dress quite easy to alter either smaller or slightly larger

1940s Skullcap with Fuschia Flowers rayon_print Brown wool topper is adorned1940s black felt skullcap with two velvet flowers. The cap has a peaked side but it can really be worn any way you wish. I've shown it with the flowers up front but it could be rotated in any direction to suit your hairstyle. Excellent vintage condition, will fit any size head as it's merely meant to be pinned on.
