It has built in storm shields that button under the armpits, an inverted pleat at the back, and two 10" deep flap pockets in the front. It comes with the original 54" x 2" belt. It's in very good condition with light signs of general wear, has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 42" Waist 42"
