Ancient Green Flashes Caubeens Hats Grey 15 oz 100% BlazerKilt flashes are worn as garters around the top of the kilt sock. They can be made in the same tartan as the kilt or are aviailable in variety of different plain colours to harmonise with the colour of the kilt. The flashes are attached to elastic which fastens with a hook and clasp under the cuff of your kilt hose (socks).
