80's Dark Blue Silky Jacquard Blouse by Peters & Ashley scarves No maker's mark or country1980s vintage silky polyester blouse. Dark blue with geometric jacquard. Slightly gathered under shoulder yoke at front, back is smooth. Shoulder pads would be easy to remove and look like they may not be original to blouse.
