Gathered waist, with a metal side zip and hook and eye closures above. Structured, embroidered waistband. Border print. Soft but heavy cotton(?) fabric. Waist 26", length 30". There's some stains on the front and two snags as pictured. And the hooks above the zipper should be replaced, though
