Made from a sheeny shiny velour fabric, it has a round neck, comfortable, slightly slouchy fit, and short (almost cropped) cut through the torso. A number of tiny beads have been sewn onto the surface of the velour material, producing a subtle but very striking effect: occasional sparkly highlights on top of the general sheen shine of the velour.
