Features a fan pleated bodice with boning, wide ruched black waist and a full skirt with some built in netting for added fullness. Hand stitched lace hemline and pinked seams. It does appear original zipper has was replaced with a nylon Talon zipper. No tags for brand or size due to it being a custom piece.
