Skirt is very full and there is a matching scarf that I've sown tied in a variety of ways

Full skirt ends in a ruffled hem

Bodice is fitted and hes covered buttons and hooks and eyes at the waist

1930s Navy & White Polka Dot Bias Dress turquoise These flaws didn't show up1930s navy white dot rayon dress. Bodice has a scooped back neckline and draped front neckline. There are not sleeves but bands around the armholes to create a flutter style shoulder. Bias cut so there is quite a bit of give to the measurements. I've provided measurements flat and then gently stretched. Obviously the more the dress is stretched widthwise, the short it will be lengthwise. Small snap closure placket at side. Very flattering and easy
