Rouge is identical to a Laura Ashley dress of the same period, leading me to believe this beauty has been created using a Laura Ashley pattern. She has a truly stunning silhouette with huge sweeping skirt with flounce, square neckline, nipped in waist and the sweetest cropped layered sleeves. She has a tie feature at her waist
