Does show it's age but the felt is free of holes or fading and seems sturdy enough for regular wear

some minor age related wear but I didn't note any stains or discoloration

Excellent condition with some minor wear

All of the fabric is present however so the waistband can be made larger again and there is a decent amount of seam allowance to alter the skirt to fit

1940s Check Ruffle Front Dress 1940s_fur_hat Does show it's age but1940 cotton shirtwaist button front closure and ruffled placket. Bodice is fitted with cuffed sleeves and shirring at shoulders. Skirt is full, original matching belt is present. Excellent condition, there is one small hole (see last photo) in one sleeve. Fits like an xs: Bust: 34" Waist: 25" Hip: Free Shoulder: 13" Waist length: 16" Length: 42" Belt 21 3 4" to 23. 5", length from prong to end 26". More holes can be added up to maybe 25" or so.
