Gorgeous sapphire blue color with gold buttons all the way down the front. Gold studs on both short sleeves. 80s shoulder pads. Tagged size 8 but see my measurements below. 60% polyester 40% cotton fabric with some stretch. This dress is in excellent vintage condition and ready to wear.
