Absolutely stunning border print! *Pictured with a crinoline, not included. Bust: 36" Waist: to tight 28" Hip: 69 Length: 41 Condition: fabric doesnt lay totally flat at hem due to lining, very slight bit of lightening at the shoulders, nothing else noted.
