40's Flared Square Dancing Skirt statue of liberty Flat measurements -Handcrafted, RARE, and very hard to find, this vintage skirt is from the 1940s. Its red with white polka dots, multi layers, and trimmed with Rick rack and a strip of white with red polka dots. Could possibly be a square dance skirt as evidenced by internal straps to hold it up. EXCELLENT condition. Waist measured laying flat 12 inches. Hips free. Length 26 inches. Modern size XXS.
