50’s Black Polka Dot Feathered Hat 90s mini backpack stain on shoulderVintage brimmed derby style tilt hat. Fabric is a black and white taffeta. Low rounded crown with a wired brim extending 2 inches in the front, with no brim in the back. Front right side holds two large white feathers which extend slightly over the front. Interior is finished with stiff net along with the standard petersham ribbon. Excellent condition but the feathers do show a bit of wear. No label. Interior is 20 inches. Measuring on the outside,
