The Cadillac Miller Meteor Sentinel Ambulance was a combination ambulance hearse based on a Cadillac commercial chassis but it is more likely to be remembered for its association as the Ecto 1 drive of the Ghostbusters of American movie fame. In real life, its size and length was just right for when doubling up as a hearse a bit unnerving!
