1940s Velvet Bow Trimmed Dress peplum Skirt was altered some time1940s salmon cotton velvet dress with shirring along neckline and bodice. Shoulders are padded and the 3 4 sleeves have elbow darts for shaping. The front is trimmed with bows encircled by cutwork metal (brass possibly?) rings with a floral motif. Dress has a side metal zipper, A line skirt and self waist to cinch. Very figure flattering design. Very nice condition with some minor flaws.
