It is SO rare I ever pick up pieces by Biba, and when this precious 70s fine Indian cotton kaftan dress circa 1972 73 swept my way I couldn't quite believe it! She sure is one of my most special finds to date. She has a stunning purple and orange paisley style bohemian print and her delicate cotton floats like a dream! She has an amazing silhouette with button through bodice, a loose fit and incredible flutter sleeves with small shoulder
