tiered skirt and long sleeves with flared cuff

The upper layer of the petticoat has a lengthy tier of fine pleats revealed as the thick silk overlay of the skirt falls open at the front in a gentle curve and trimmed with lace frill and tiny pearlescent beads

it is a lovely piece for a summer event
