Elbow length sleeves with button adjustment, front button and zipper, side pockets, label is ''White Swan'' you cant get this quality and price from a packaged halloween costume. Dress has been shortened and lace added at some point. Condition is good, skirt is shorter than would have been in 70s but no issues, has been washed
