vintage late 1960s to 1970s Lulu (for Freeman's) deco styled blouse wide brimmed hat A rich mustard or oldAgain, owned for some years! From the 'Lulu' line at Freeman's, which was launched in 1969. Caramel coloured blouse, probably crimplene or some other 70s wonder fabric. Self fabric covered buttons and loops to close, deco overstitch and pin tuck details cloud shape to waist is great! Peplum makes it almost a tunic, very wearable. Bell sleeves are cuffed with same button and loop to close. Love it, but I have tops like this in triplicate.. Measures:
