Drapes beautifully as a long tank maxi dress, the outer hem buttons on the shoulders to become full fluttery sleeves. You can wear one up or both up, so many ways to wear this dress. Plus pockets! Made in Turkey. Fits a size extra small medium, fitted in the shoulder area but with a loose trapeze shape body. In excellent vintage condition, lights wear but no visible flaws.
