It has a pleated grosgrain ribbon trim, built in shoulder pads, and two buttons on each cuff. The two front pockets are still sewn shut. It's in excellent condition, clean and ready to wear. Measurements: Bust 39" Waist 35" Hips 39" Shoulders 17" Sleeves 24. 25" Length 42. 5"
