Rainbow holographic, iridescent pvc is layered over bright pink. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware and with double layered bondage style o ring in front. Collar is 1 inch wide. Ring are 1. 5" and 1" wide.
