It's very versatile can be worn with leggings, a narrow skirt or even as a mini dress. It's made of beautiful black lace with a black rayon flounce and zipper placket. The zipper is a shiny early plastic celluloid. The cuffs on the tapered sleeves are notched and have five covered buttons and loops. A matching belt is included.
