Its so well made it could be anywhere from the late 1930s through to the early 1960s and has a timeless, contemporary feel. Note the scallop hems and pretty sage green stitching that trims the square neckline and fluttering short sleeves. The dress is cut to a relaxed, floaty fit with a calf length skirt. It is detailed with intricate smocking across the chest and around the waist which
