Rainbow holographic, iridescent sunset pvc is layered over blush pink PVC. Fit is adjustable with buckle in back. Silver toned nickel plated steel hardware and with double layered bondage style o ring in front. Collar is 1 inch wide. Ring are 1. 5" and 1" wide. It is difficult to show the variation in the iridescence! It shifts between a range of colors and catches the light beautifully.
