Front holds a full lavender ostrich feather which lays diagonally to the side. Interior is finished with the standard petersham ribbon. As for the condition, there is a great deal of makeup staining on the inside ribbon. Also on the crown there is 3 tiny dots of color loss which is barely visible. Inner circumference is 22 inches.
