Pretty white flowing blouse with an Edwardian ruffled collar and cuffs. Puffy sleeves. This would be so perfect with a fitted vest or under a blazer. There is a picture of Princess Diana wearing a shirt like this with a red cardigan tied over her shoulders, and it looks stunning. Very light fabric, which I believe is polyester due to feel.
