White brown scheme would work nicely with traditional spectator pumps. Air Step manufactured shoes so this may have been part of a set or designed to match shoes from their line. Front features a scalloped and perforated design. Clasp operates smoothly, inside there is a zippered pocket. Good size, measures about 12 3 4" from top of handles to bottom, 7" tall without handles and 9"
