Sequined embroidered floral clusters are throughout. Lined twice; nude outer black inner. Shoulder pads are not sewed in and are easy to remove, if desired. Fastens with a back center zipper. It does not have a label, but it is probably 60s and possibly the famed Bob Bugnand, as it was uncovered with a handful of other dresses with Bob Bugnand
