80's Crinoline Underskirt Printed Formal Dress by Nicole Miller julie knitwear but time is scarceThere is a boning in the shoulder and too part of this dress that keeps everything nice and tight. There is a black crinoline underskirt that helps give the dress that "oomf"! There is one part in the underskirt where the wire is coming out. It seems fixable but messing with it makes me nervous.
