It was missing a button when I bought it so have replaced the toggles with some bakelite (? Dont test very strongly with simi but either that or another end of day type plastic concoction!) toggles. It just fastened to halfway down the front, so isnt a fitted style just shaped over the shoulders Id say its best for a UK 10 or
