1970s Black Silk Ruffle Collar Tie-Neck Dress lebretton This 1985 S/S Sonia RykielThis late 1970s early 1980s Jean Halm dress was made in France of striped black silk jacquard with pleated ruffles around the yoke and cuffs. It slips over the wearer's head, with a built in neck tie and a pocket on each side. The original tie belt is included. It fastens with one button on each cuff and four buttons at the front.
