70’s Pastel Blue Floral Dress by Martha Manning tan winter jacket Very sexy open back with1970's dress with pale blue and yellow florals on a white background. Fabric is a lightweight nylon blend fabric for warm weather. Round neckline, short cap sleeves, set in waist with un attached belt, full skirt with dropped box pleating in the front, closes in the back with a long nylon zipper.
